Diagnosis and treatment antibody research and development service platform
This platform aims to establish an integrated research model of single cell culture, functional identification and subsequent production, to provide a key tool for the research of antibody technology for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious and infectious diseases, the rule and mechanism of hepatitis liver cancer transformation, and the efficacy evaluation of clinical individualized treatment, and to use clinical resources and antibodies produced to identify various infectious diseases, liver diseases, and HCC molecular markers, so as to determine the early clinical diagnosis Markers of diagnostic value of diagnosis and recurrence; The joint venture shall establish more sensitive diagnostic and detection technologies and methods and verify them, and develop standardized diagnostic reagent products; To promote its clinical application.
Experimental animal platform
The platform is equipped with IVC barrier environment animal breeding facilities, which mainly provides the breeding of mice, nude mice and other immune deficient mice; It has large instruments such as multi-mode in vivo imager, pre clinical high-frequency small animal ultrasound, probe type optical fiber confocal small animal in vivo, and small animal magnetic resonance. The platform will be built into an experimental animal base featuring PDX of liver cancer, humanized mouse model of immune system and animal molecular imaging, focusing on the research of liver disease related mechanisms in vivo and pre clinical drug evaluation, and integrating scientific research, transformation and service.
Research platform of cell tissue morphology and function
